I’m Carrie Weninger, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and founder of Second Spring Nutrition. My passion is helping people restore balance, find vitality, and feel at home in their bodies again.
I take a holistic approach that goes beyond food alone—looking at the connection between body, mind, and lifestyle. By combining personalized nutrition education with practical tools and ongoing support, I empower clients to take charge of their health and create lasting change.
With a background in raising a busy family, managing a small farm, and navigating my own journey with Crohn’s disease, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing health with everyday life. These experiences fuel my belief that healing is possible when we meet the body where it’s at and support it with the right knowledge, nourishment, and care.
